About Department

The Department of Veterinary Technology, established in 2024, is a dynamic

addition to the institutions academic portfolio. It aims to provide comprehensive

education and training, catering to the growing demands of the livestock sector. As

the backbone of our economy, the livestock sector has a huge projected demand for

skilled workers in the near future. Our department is committed to enhancing

employability by imparting skill training in dairy farming, commercial broiler

production, and small ruminant farming. Our overarching goal is to harness Indias

demographic dividend by developing a competent workforce for the nations

prosperity and growth.
